If I was president, and the House and Senate had been packed with people that agreed with me, so I could vet things done to make America a better place, here is what I would do.
General laws:
- Pass a law to end qualified immunity for police officers.
- I would repeal The Contempt of Court Act, and pass a new bill that protects people from judges who would put people from judges you simply don’t like what people say, and provide them with the ability to fight and even have a jury trial for the accusation of being held in contempt.
- I would pass a law that bans male genital mutilation on children, a law that mirrors the protection already afforded to females.
- I would encourage states to bring back the state militia and train them. At the same time, because Congress not only has the constitutional power to regulate firearms 2A by “Arming” (AI §8 C16) “The People” (not disarming or restricting people access to firearms, which an infringement per Constitution under 2A), but because congress has duty to do so. I would pass a law requiring all citizens who are not prohibited, two armed with firearms would that would allow The People to successfully conduct their duty per ART I, § 8, CL 15. People who could not afford it, would be supplied with firearms.
- I would pass a bill allowing medical insurance to cross state lines.
- I would repeal what has now been called Obama Care
- I would pass a law that makes privet companies who impose gun free zones to be liable for anyone injured or killed who could have used a firearm to defend themself or others, but could not becuae of their requirments.
- I would pass a law enforcing reciprocity in all states for CCW holders.
- I would repeal the patriot act.
- Have a new constitutional amendment added making it mandatory for the goverment (Federal and state) to balance it’s budget even in a state of emergency, by vutting spending not incresing taxes and cant be overiden by the president or congress.
- End the failed Drug Prohibition.
- I would pass a Constitutional amendment to protect the unborn.
- I would pass a bill that prevents tech companies such as Twitter and Facebook from Interfering with elections.
- I would Create a new constitutional amendment that Prevents discrimination based upon what political party one is in.
Budget:
I would balance the budget, not by increasing taxes, but reducing spending. To do this I would do the following.
- Freeze all new spending.
- Bring our troops home from all wars in other countries.
- Eliminate all or most oversea military bases, bring our trops home.
- Transfer control of roads and Infertrutuer to the private sector.
- Elimnate all public services and have them funded in a voluntary manner.
- Wall the US postal service to the privet sector.
- Repeal the FICA tax
- Make Social Security privatized, creating private retirement accounts. For people today who are dependent upon it, federal assets would be sold to create private retirement accounts.
- End the failed drug prohibition.
- End the Federal Elections Commission (FEC); Replacing it with a law, that requires anyone who profits from governments be it contractors, employees of the goverment and have them restricted from donating to political campaigns.
- Phase out government employee retirement plans with privet with Social Security plans within 3 years.
- Eliminate all “off-budget” spending.
- Lower government wages to be equal to the private sector emplyees.
- Would repeal all grants and payments to plan Parenthood.
Education:
- I would end all mandates and subsidies for collages to make them more affordable.
- Pass a bill to end government loans for collage, placing all loans in the privet sector.
- Mandate all banks or financial institutions that lain money can only do so for students who complete education are in useful subjects, like medical, engineering, Physics and no loan can be given to anyone taking a single class for subjects that are not useful like, Lesbian dance story, etc.. This must be done prior or 2 years after the loan to insure all money is spent for a quality education that they can pay off their loan for.
- Would mandate parents have control of their education by choosing their schools, and control their child’s educational funding.
- Pass a bill that separates government and education.
Healthcare
- Repeal Obama care (See General Laws).
- I would set up a healthcare system that closly mirrors Thailand healthcare Creating a more fair system that helps the poor.
